Roy D. Koch-CPMR
President

Roy D. Koch established Southeast Electrical Rep. Group, Inc. in June of 2000 and has directed its success since that time. Mr. Koch received his education in business management from Southeastern Louisiana University. He has been active in the electrical business since 1992 as a Manufacturer Representative. Mr. Koch has successfully completed CPMR, a three-year course at the Arizona State University, and is now a Certified Professional Manufacturer Representative graduate. He has completed several sales training courses sponsored by NEMRA. Mr. Koch has also been invited to serve on manufacturer rep. councils. He is responsible for all functions of the business.

Jeffrey L. Caldwell-CPMR
Vice President
Outside Sales & Marketing Consultant

Mr. Caldwell joined SERG, Inc. in May of 2001. He has an excellent background in the electrical field and in sales and marketing, coming to us from an outside sales position with an electrical wholesale distributor. Mr. Caldwell received his formal education at the East Mississippi Junior College and then moved on to Mississippi State University in Starkville. He has continued his education in the sales field by attending many sales training courses such as Pitney Bowes Sales Training, 3M Sales Training School, Brown & Williams Sales Strategy for the Future, and the Norton Corporation Sales Training Course. In January 2006 Mr. Caldwell completed CPMR and is now a Certified Professional Manufacturer Representative Graduate. Mr. Caldwell is covering the Mississippi area for SERG, Inc. In May of 2002 Jeff joined with Roy in becoming a principal in SERG, Inc. We feel very fortunate to have him on board with us.

Diane G. Brewster
Inside Sales & Product Specialist

Diane joined SERG, Inc. in June of 2001. Ms. Brewster is in charge as office manager, directing all internal operations of the firm. Her background is in customer service, and she was customer service manager for 15 years with one of the largest dental firms in the New Orleans area. Her background with customer service and computers has been a great asset to SERG, Inc.

Timothy H. Kelley
Outside Sales & Product Specialist

Tim is a great addition to the SERG, Inc. sales team, joining us in July of 2005. SERG, Inc. is proud to have such an experienced person join our sales team as his experience will only enhance our mission statement. Tim has been in the electrical industry for the past 35 years; 30 of those years as president of Delta Material, one of the most respected rep firms in the New Orleans area. Delta Material represented some of the top manufacturers in the electrical industry. Tim served as the Southeastern Vice President of the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association “Nemra”. He also has attended many sales training courses and has received several achievement awards throughout his career.

Vincent Iacaboni, Jr.
Outside Sales & Product Specialist

Vince is the newest addition to our Serg sales team and we are very excited about his sales experience and energy level. Vince comes to us with eight (8) years of electrical distribution outside sales experience after working with one of the premier electrical distributors in our area. Receiving his higher education from Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi, Vince has also attended many sales & technical training courses by Allen Bradley & others. He also has completed the EPIC electrical training course completing the EPIC Bronze, Silver & Gold.
