Roy D. Koch-CPMR

Roy D. Koch established Southeast Electrical Rep. Group, Inc. in June of 2000 and has directed its success since that time. Mr. Koch received his education in business management from Southeastern Louisiana University. He has been active in the electrical business since 1992 as a Manufacturer Representative. Mr. Koch has successfully completed (CPMR) "Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative", a three-year course at Arizona State University. He has completed several sales training courses sponsored by NEMRA. Mr. Koch has also been invited to serve on several manufacturers rep. Councils. He is responsible for all functions of the business. Roy enjoys all types of hunting & saltwater fishing with his wife Laura.

Matthew D. "Danny" Carroll-CPSC
Outside Sales & Product Specialist

Danny comes to Serg, Inc. from the electrical distribution in the New Orleans area. His last stop was with GE Oil & Gas. He is a self-motivated Industrial Sales Accounts Manager with strengths in new business development & customer retention as well as in growth of existing accounts. In February 2022 Danny completed (CPSC) "Certified Professional Sales Consultant". He will primarily be handling the Baton Rouge and Lafayette markets for Serg, Inc. Danny enjoys going to the deer camp & saltwater fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Jordan L. Vasbinder-CPSC-Principal
Outside Sales & Product Specialist

Jordan L. Vasbinder is an ambitious young man from Covington, LA. who started working for Serg Inc. as inside sales in May of 2019 before moving on to outside sales in October 2022. After graduating from Covington High School, Jordan attended Southeastern Louisiana University with a focus on Business Administration. In October 2021 he earned his "CPSC" Certified Professional Sales Consultant designation certified through MRERF, sponsored by Nemra. Since then, Jordan has been continuing to develop our territory in parts of Mississippi, Mobile Al & Florida Pan Handle to provide reliable and professional customer service in the Southeast Electrical Markets. Jordan joined as a principal in 2022. Jordan enjoys the great outdoors, backpacking, hunting & fishing.

Matthew D. Koch-CPSC-Principal
Outside Sales & Product Specialist

Matthew D. Koch joined our team in March of 2009. Matthew is a native of Southeast Louisiana & a graduate of Covington High School. Matthew started in our training program for two years & now has joined our Outside Sales Team. Matthew has completed many of our manufacturers' sales training classes & is a graduate of (CPSC) "Certified Professional Sales Consultant" sponsored by MRERF. Matthew worked in the oil fields off the Louisiana Coast before joining our sales team. Matthew worked for Edison Chouest Offshore, one of the largest offshore supply companies in the world. Matthew started in our training program for two years & now has joined our Outside Sales Team. Matthew is married with two boys and is a resident of Folsom, Louisiana. Matthew joined as a principal in 2021. In his off time, Matthew enjoys boating, fishing, & camping with his family.

Jodi L. Hovey-CPSC-CPMR-Principal
Administrative Asst. & Product Specialist

Jodi joined our inside sales group in November 2015 learning the business from the ground up. We are very honored to have Jodi on our sales & management team. Jodi completed both "CPSC" Certified Professional Sales Consultant designation in 2018 & "CPMR" Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative in 2022. Jodi joined as a principal in 2021. When not at work she enjoys spending time in her garden & with her husband Austin & little boy Hunter.

Karl Mildenberger

Karl comes to Serg, Inc. with 20 years of direct electrical sales experience. After graduating College with a BA in Economics from Southeastern Louisiana University, he started in sales with a New Orleans electrical Marine distributor. He eventually progressed into industrial sales with Anixter calling on both the upstream and downstream market throughout the Gulf Coast. Karl has developed and maintained long lasting relationships throughout his sales career and enjoys bringing value to his customers. Karl is a New Orleans native and enjoys all of the cultural aspects his city has to offer.
